Refund Policy

1. Ticket Purchases and Event Registrations

All event ticket purchases, including registrations for REIGN Conference, Networking Lunches, One-on-One Sessions, and Marketplace Leaders Meets (if applicable), are non-refundable.

Once a registration is completed and payment is processed, we are unable to offer cash refunds except in exceptional circumstances outlined below.

2. Stall Bookings

Stall space bookings for REIGN Conference and other events are non-refundable due to limited space and pre-committed resources.

If you are unable to attend or showcase due to unavoidable circumstances, please contact us to discuss potential transfer options to another approved participant or future event opportunity (subject to approval).

3. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds or credits may be considered only in the following situations:

  • Event cancellation or significant rescheduling initiated by Kingdom Business Cohort or REIGN Conference.

  • Unforeseen personal emergencies (e.g., hospitalization, family emergencies) where documented proof is provided.

  • Duplicate payments made in error.

Any refund granted will be processed via the original method of payment or through another approved method within 30 days after approval.

Please note: Partial attendance or no-shows at events do not qualify for a refund.

4. Event Postponement

If an event is postponed, your ticket will automatically transfer to the new event date.
Refunds will not be issued unless you are unable to attend the rescheduled event and submit a written request within 14 days of the announcement.
